Organic food
Definition:
Legally, an organic product is a product stemming from a mode of culture or from breeding having no appeal to the chemicals of synthesis, or one a transformed product ingredients of which 95 % at least answer these criteria.
General ideas
Ideally, the organic product must be most freshly consumed possible so that it keeps(preserves) all its nutritional values. Do not trust the aspect of organic products: fruits of forms and diverse sizes and vegetables earthy are the sign of a culture without artificial fertilizer. The paper packagings kraft or recycled and the glass bottles show the concern(preoccupation) of the actors of this market to use natural and recyclable materials.
Finally, know that the bio is more than a simple mode of agriculture(farming) and breeding: it is a respectful state of mind of the man and the nature. It is an awareness of the dangers and the misdeeds of our consumer society and a contribution for the protection of the heritage(holdings) that we shall bequeath to our children.
